Ms. Ellen Shelly

Ms. Shelly is the Director of Bands at Phillipsburg Middle School, and has been apart of the Phillipsburg High School Marching Band Staff since 2013, being a tech with a specified field on our Woodwind group of instruments.  Ms. Shelly also helps out with the Pit Ensemble and Pep Band.
