Mr. Josephson has worked apart of the PHS Marching Band since 2016, 6 years as the Front Ensemble Captain Head, and in 2022 becoming the Director of Phillipsburg High School Bands.  Previously Mr. Josephson worked in the Stewartsville School district as their Instrumentalist Teacher.
